plant (comonly termed "transit mixed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
2. Concrete Slab or Under-aloor InsDection: To be maie after aIf in-slab or under-floor building
aE;-i equipm*t, conELrrc, prpmg ressorles/ anc other ancillar): equipment items are in
place but before any concrete is poured or floor sheathing installed, including Lhe subfloor.
3. Framing & Insulalion Inspeqtions: To be made after the roof, alI framing, ftre blocking, and

skirting, and plwbing connections.
1. Footings and piers to comply with State foundation requirements for mobiLe homes or as
lecomended by the manufacturer.
2. Mobile hone minimum finish floor elevation shalt be certified when required by a fLood-
plain nanagemenL Ietter.
3. Mobile hone tiedowns, when required, and skirting shall be installed and ready fcr inspec-
tion uith.in at Least 30 days after occupancy. Tledowns and skirting shall be insLalled
per enclosure.

Permits sha1l be effectj-ve for one year from the Cate of issuance.
Upon completing the constructi-on for which a permit has been.issued, the permit hol^der shalI
notify the Lane County Departsent of Planning and Ccimunity Development by submitting thej.nstallation recorC form. The Departrent shalI inspect the construction to detcrmine if it
complies uith the rul-es contained in Lhis division. If the construction does conply with such
rules, the Departmenc shalf issue a ce!tificate of satisfactory completion to the perniti holder
If the constructlon does not compLy uith such rules, the Dcpartment shall notj-fy the permit
holder and sha1l require satisfactory compfetion before rssuing the certificate. Failure to
meet the requirements for satisfactory completion wrthin a reasonable time constiLutes a vio-
lation of oRS 454.605 to 114-145 and this ruIe.
