RELEASE OF A PORTION OF
TEMPORARY DRAINAGE, ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the City of Springfield, a municipal
Lane County, State of Oregon, does hereby release, relinquish and disclaim any interest which
the City of Springfield acquired by virtue of that 25.0 foot wide Temporary Drainage, Access
and Maintenance Easement created along the East line of Parcel 2, Land Partition PIat No.
2000-P1387, platted and recorded for public record August 2, 2000 as lnstrument No. 2000-
044413, Lane County Oregon Deed Records in Lane County, Oregon.
The City of Springfield acknowledges that all conditions which necessitated the creation of the
above mentioned 25.0 foot wide Temporary Drainage Access and Maintenance easement
have been fully satisfied.
This Release applies only to that portion of the Temporary Drainage, Access and Maintenance
Easement lying within Parcel 2 of said Land Partition Plat No. 2000-P1387. The Temporary
Drainage, Access and Maintenance Easement lying within Parcel 1 of said Land Partition Plat
No.200-P1387 shall remain in full force and effect.
