Dear Pastor Lovdokken:
I am writing you with regard to the variance which the Springfield Building
Board of Appeals granted on July 6, 1978 for the sign at the Ressurection
Lutheran Church. It has come to our attention that the conditions of this
variance have not been complied with.
As you know, the sign variance was approved only upon the condition that
all other existing signs be removed from the Church property. Please refer
to the attached copy of the Board of Appeals minutes for July 6, 1978.
A11 signs, except, of course, the sign granted the variance, must be removed
by 30 days from the date of this letter (June 22, 1979) . Your anticipated co-
operation is appreciated.
