This letter is written as confirmation of our telephone conversations both Friday, August
6th , and this morning.
As you discussed with Dave Puent, Community Services Manager for the Development
Services Department, you were requesting to use the parking lot at the Springfield Sports
Center, located at3910 Sports Way, on Labor Day (September 6, 1999). Your request
was to use the parking lot to park motorcycles during the Labor Day Telethon while your
organization answers telephones to receive donations at KMTR. The parking lot will also
be used for catered meals and for placement of portable toilets.
Please consider this letter as confirmation of the City's approval to use the parking lot at
the Springfield Sports Center on September 6,1999 for the activities described above.
