Dear Ms Baizler,
At the request of the City of Springfield Police Department, the Community Services
Division/Building Safety conducted an inspection of the property located at the above
address.
Due to hazardous electrical wiring and unsanitary plumbing, this building is unsafe and
substandard. Due to the potential fire hazard we are terminating electrical service to this
property, effective June 4, 1996.
