Dear Mr. Wil I iams:
In regards to the foundation inspection I made on February 6,1980
at 3240 Virginia Street, it appears to be feasible to relocate
your home on your present 1ot.
The required setbacks will 15 feet from the front of the house, and
20 feet from the front of the carport or garage;5 feet on the sides
of the house and 10 feet to the rear of the house.
The new foundation will need to be in compliance with the 1976 Uniform
Building Code. All necessary permits can be obtained through the
Building Division at 346 Main Street, Springfield.
