Dear Sir:
An electrical inspection was conducted at 425 S. 48th Street, Springfield, 0R_on December 22,
1981 concerning damaged wiring listed on a fire damage report from the Springfield Fire
Department.
The following potential hazards shalI be checked and necessary corrections shall be made:
0.E.s.s. N.E.c. 110-3(a) (a) & (B)
1. Replace smoke detector, ceil-heat thermostat, and door bell-chime.
2. Damaged wire behind the above shall be repaired or replaced. (May have enough slack
to trim. )
3. Check heat cable continuity and wire in boxes behind light fixtures in livingroom,
kitchen, and hall.
Qregon Electric Safety Law, Section 824-22-Ll0 states that electrical work performed on
pro[erty that is for ient, lease, or sale shal] be done by an electrical contractor.
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work is started and required inspections
shall be made.
