Servi"ce and The Springfield Development Code use to determine potential historic
significance.
If you would prefer to complete this documentation yourself you must prwide the
CiiV wittr the ?ollowing information: r) black and white photographs of each
elevation, a floor plan with measurements, and z) a set of elevation drawings with
measurements.
