THE EAST BOUNDARY FOR THIS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT WAS
52.0' DETERMINED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN COUNTY SURVEY
FILE NO. 40232 AND WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF GOLDEN TERRACE
FD IR FDD IR SUBDIVISION AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN FILE 73, SLIDES 365-371,
(R3) LANE COUNTY OREGON PLAT RECORDS. OUR SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY WAS
SET BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS FROM RIDGECREST ESTATES AS
C> PLATTED AND RECORDED IN FILE 75, SLIDES 229 & 230, LANE COUNTY

FILE N0. 35078 AND 35079. THIS SURVEY REPRESENTS THE FINAL O
SURVEY REQUIREMENTS IN THE ALTERATION PROCEEDINGS, AS REQUIRED,
