Dear Bill,
A citizen compraint prompted a site inspection by myserf to verify that filling was taking place
in possible wetland on South 42nd Sireet, immediately south of the intersection of Jasper
Road and 42nd street. The area being filled is a slough or drainagewaY identified on the
National Wetlands lnventory as a palultrine, emergent, seasonally flooded wetland' The
drainageway is an open, natural storm drain for the area'
Would you be able to inspect the site in the near future to verify whether or not this is a
jurisdiciional wetland? Enclosed are some maps to help you locate the site. lf you have any
