The inspection of the existing structure in it's present status,revealed no viola-
tions of the Uniforn Housing code as adopted ty tfie City of Springfield.. In this
regard, please note that paitition accePtance requires that structures sha1l have
separate utilities, i.€., sewer, water and electii"ity to sel've-each unit' and that
each unit sha1l be'separated by either one two hour or two one hour fire wal1(s)
as required by the Oregon Structural Specialty Code and Fire and Life Safety'
