At your request, the Community Services DivisioilBuilding Safety conducted an inspection
of the building at the above address. The purpose of the inspection was to determine the
suitability of the building for the proposed use as indicated.
The follorving include but is not limited to items why we are unable to approve the use of
the manufactured home as an office; the unit does not meet wind shear or roof loading
requirements, the factory irstalled electrical and plumbing systems have been altered, and
the viall and ceiling finishes do not meet flame spread requirements for a the proposed
occupancy.
