At youn request the Building Depantment of the City of Springfield nn'de a housing
inspection on July 5, 1977 at 456 N. 40th Str"eet, Spningfield, Onegon.
The fol-lowirrg items shal-l be repaired or replaced to conform with the Uniform
Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. ) The broken receptical in the ganage shal-l be replaced.2.) The electric wining to the water heater and garbage disposal- sha-l-l- be in
a metal raceway.3.) An approved junction box sha1l be instal.led behind the rear porch lights.4.) The electrical wiring to the dryen sha1l be secured.
A11 applicabl-e perrrrits shall be obtained before work starts and all work shall be
inspected before a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
