Lane County Assessment and Taxation records reveal that you are the owner of this property. Section 203 of the Springfield Building Safety Code Administrative Code classifies structures which are structurally inadequate or are dangerous to human life as unsafe. Section 1001 of the Housing Code specifies conditions constituting a substandard building. The following items include but are not limited to conditions existing at the structure identified above, classiffing it as a substandard and unsafe building: 1. Every owner, or his,/her agent, in a addition to being responsible for maintaining the building in a sound structural condition, shall be responsible for keeping the part of the building or premises which is occupied or controlled in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition, including the shared or public areas. 2. Whatever renders air, food, or drink unwholesome or detrimental to the health of human beings is identified as a violation of the Springfield Housing Code. The Building Official has determined this property to be unhealthy for human beings. 3. Due to the unsanitary conditions, the property is in lack of proper maintenance and is in general dilapidation. 4. Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and removal.
