Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lattymer:
This letter is written to verify the address of your residences on portions of properties
known as Lane County Reference Number 17023043, Tax Lot 04500 and 04600. Both
lots have two structures on them that do not have individual ta< lot numbers. The single
family structures on these lots are commonly known as 1191 and 1203 38th Street on the
westerly portions of Tax Lot 04500 and 04600, and the single family structures
commonly known as ll92 and ll76 39th Street are now located on the easterly portions
on tax lots 04500 and 04600. All four addresses are valid addresses.
I will be notiffing the following agencies of this address verification by sending them a
copy of this letter:
