RE: Electrical Safety Inspection at 597 hloodcrest Drive, Springfie'ld, 0regon
Dear Mr. Taylor:
At the request of the Springfield Utility Board an Electrjcal Safety Inspection was
conducted at the above address on Februar! ?-, 1983. At that time a hazardous con-
d'ition was found to exist in violatfon of the Uniform Housing Code.
The following item must be repa'ired or replaced within 15 days from the date of
this letter io conform with the Uniform Housing Code and the National Electrica1
Code as adopted by the City of Springfie'ld.
The meter base has pu1led away from the wall of the buiiding
and has been improperly secured. U.H.C- 1001 (e).
All necessary permits shall be obta'ined before work starts and shall be accompfished
in accordancL with applicable codes and inspected before a Certificate of Compliance
will be issued.
