plaiement of gravel fill on this site in preparation for the construction involving foundation for the
proposed residence. The excavation involved removalof surface organic soil and other unsuitable
material and the placement of 4" minimum of 1%* minus crushed rock in accordance with our
starrdard procedures. The compacted surface of the crushed rock is adequate to support the
proposed conventlonal wood frame residence with a standard foundation per the 2000 State of
Oregon One and Two Farnily Dwelling Specialty Code as adopted by the Gity of Springfield. The
compaction of the gravel surface is greater than 95% of a standard proctor per ASTM D698-91.
