FINDINGS OF FACT:
1) Traffic vision clearance and Iight and ventilation is not adversely affected by the
proposed fence.
2) The proposed fence will not cause a public health haza'rd because no other driveway
andonryoneotherpropertyisadjacenttothefence.
5) The applicant wishes to exercise a property right by making his rear yard private
for his own enjoYment.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1) If a gate is installed in the fence, the gate must swing ouT over the sidewalk
in order to block pedestrians during vehicle movement.
2) If a second permanent structure is erected where the 2nd curbcut must be used for
access , a l2h, vision clearance triangle nust be provided for in the fence (see
attached).
