At your request, the Building Division of the city of springfield made a housinginspection on March 17t r97g; at 2r4 North 37Eh"Street, springfierd, oregon.The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the uniformBuilding Code as adopted by the Ciry of Spiingiieta:
1' The hot water heater wire must be installed in a conduit.?. A11 grounding receptacles must be grounded.3. A11 plumbing fixtuies must be vented.4'
