Dear Mr. Fuller:
Recently, it was brought to our attention that your residence located at 180 South 35th
Street was out of numerical sequence, which could cause a delay in emergency response
times. We were also told that over the past several years, the resident of this properfy had
been using the address of 252 South 35th Street. Unfortunately,"252" is assigned to a
structure on the north side of Main Street and cannot be duplicated on the south side of
Main Street in order to avoid confusion in an emergency situation.
Your property commonly known as 180 South 35th Street, Springfield, Oregon, Lane
County Reference Number 17023131, Ta"r Lot 07100 has been changed. The new street
address assigned to your property will be 280 South 35th Street. I will notiff the
following companies and/or agencies of this change by sending them a copy of this letter:
