Dear Ms. Bennett,
The two mobile homes located at 1222 North 34th Street, County Assessor's
map 17 0? 30 34, Tax Lot 7900, Sprjngfield, Oregon are in violation of the
Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code. 0n1y one mobjle honre per 1ot js
permitted jn the Mobile Home Subd'ivision D'istrict (MHS).
Because, of this zoning violation, permit #11433 was'issued to you in error.
Th'is is your notice that permit #11433 for the 'instal lation of a mobile
home js revoked, as provided for jn Section 302 (e) of the Uniform Building
Code as adopted by the City of Springfield.
One of the mobile homes on the lot at 7222 North 34th Street must be removed
by 30 days from the date of this letter. (March 6,1978). Any person having
any record, title or'legal interest'in the building may appeal from this
notice and order to the Board of Appeals, provided the appeal is made in
writing and filed with the Building 0fficial with'in 30 days from the dateof service of this notice and order. Failure to appeal will constjtute a
waiver of al1 right to an administrat'ive hearing and determ'ination of the
matter.
