Dear Ms. Larson:
0n September 19, 1991, a Temporary Occupancy vas granted to you to occupy the
manufactured home located at 1209 North 34th Street, Springfield,Oregon. As acondition of the Tenporary Occupancy, you are required to conplete the follovingitems no later than 0ctober 19, 1991.
1. The required skirting and vents need to be installed.
2. Pernanent steps vith handrails need to be constructed at all entrances tothe home. I have enelosed minimum construction standards for your
informat ion.
An inspection vill be conducted on October 21, 1991 to ensure compliance. Ifthe items are not completed by that date, the Ternporary 0ccupancy vi1I expire.

Folloving the expiration of your Temporary 0ccupancy approval, an inspection vas
made on November'4, by Ralph Shav, ltanufattured-Hone Inspector. At that time'
the folloving items were not in compliance:
1. permanent steps vlth handrails have not been completed at either entranee to
the home. t irave enclosed information on the minimum requirements for
construction of steps for your informatlon.
2. The sklrtlng vith required vents has not been lnstalled.
please notify this office vithln five (5) vorking days to lnform us when you
viII be ready for your final inspectlon. AIso, if the vork is not completed and
an inspection requested within 20 days of this notice, ve may refer this matter
to the City,s Code Enforcement 0fficer for the possible issuance of a citation.
