subsequent inspection has been requested to

The i nstal I ati on of thi s appl i ance must be i n accordance with the
requirements of the State Specialty Codes or the app'liance must be removed
and an i nspecti on made to veri fy remova'l .
This potential hazard of the improperly installed wood burning appliance
shall be abated with'in ten (10) days from the date of this letter, and a
request for reinspection sha'll be made.

Division at 726-3759.
In the event that you have not taken correcti ve action within the
prescribed time lim'it! th'is matter will be referred to the City Attorney's
office for further action.
