The foLlowing items musL be repaired or repLaced to conform vriLh the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. The recept"icle by the serv jce 'is reverse wired. A wire under
the servjce is cut off and needs removing
2. Steps must be installed at the patio door and from the utility
room to garage. All risers shall be equal in height and shall
not exceed 7Lr" with a minimum tread of 10 inches.
A11 necessary permits shalL be obtained before work starts and al-l work
shalL be accompLished according to appLicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance wiLl be issued.
