I then spoke to you on the phone about the roof of our home being I'not bulltto coderr. Please send me a letter explaining the Bullding Code as itapplies to roofs, windows and under the house in L977-L978 when the home was being built. t{e are absolutely sure that the code at that time for roofs was that there would be ro11 felt under the slngles. We have none on our roof. Hearsay from our neighbors say the owner- contractor who built our home advised them not to put any felt ontheir roof and their roof also leaks because of it. Ife hope to hear from you soon as vre are anxlous to resolve the problem with the previous owner-contractor and get our roof repalred before ttsustalns any more damage from hls negllgence. S incere Iy 2ffiLBeverly J. Bates
