One and tvo-family dvelling plans for structures that are complex in nature thathave been prepared by an oregon licensed architect or engineei and accompaniedby a letter of reviev prepared by said architect or engiieer, stating th;t thesubmitted material is in compliance vith the One and tvo-Family Dt.,ellingSpeciarty code, may be considered eligible for- this agreement.
The folloving iterns include but are not limited to certain conditions ofdevelopment identified as ineligible for this agreement:
