REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see Lhat all inspections are
made at the proper time. To request an inspection, ca:.l- 726-3759
(recorder), state your City designated job number, lob address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after
7:OO a.m will be made the following work day.
Speclal Inspections: fn accordance with Section 306 of t.he State Specialty Code
a specj-al i-nspector shall be employed by the Owner/Contractor duri-ng
construction of any followj-ng "*" work. A copy of the special testing reports
shal-1 be furnished to Building Safety.
In addition to the inspect.ions specified, the Buj-1ding Offlcial may make or
require other inspections of any construction work to ensure compliance with
the Buildi-ng, City or Development Code.
FOOTING - After t.renches are excavated.
BOLTS INSTALLED IN CONCRETE - To be done by State Certified Special
fnspector. Provide inspection/test reports to City Buildi-ng Inspector
STORM SEWER LINE - Prior to filling trench.
SLAB - To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit
piping, and other equipment items are in place but prior to concrete
HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING - To be done durj-ng constr by St.at.e Certified
Speeial Inspector. Results provided to City Building Division.
STRUCTURAIJ WELDS - To be done during constr by State Cert Special
Inspector. Results of inspection/test to City Building Inspector.
FINAL FIRE - When all Fj-re Department requirements have been met.

FINAL SITE PLAN - After all requirements have been met for Minj-mum
Development Standards or from t.he Development Agreement.
FINAT PLIIMBING - When all plumbing work is complete.
FINAL BUILDING - When all required inspections have been approved and
the building is complete.

contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.055 will be
used on this project.
