RE: Final Occupancy Inspection
The following conditions must be met to obEain Flre Department approval for
certificate of occupancy.
1) Maintain 18 lnch clearance from sprinkler heads.
2) Maintain access to sprlnkler valves.
3) Secure sprinkler valve ln open posiEion wlth a chain and
lock.
4) Remove obstructions from exit door in warehouse - manually
operated edge or surface mounted flush bolts and surface
bolts are prohibited.
5) Mount extinguisher where readily available - with top of
extinguisher noE higher than 5 feet.
