At your request, the Building Div'ision of the City o
housing inspection on May 30, 1978, at 544 North 32n
Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the Uniform
Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. A step must be provided at the patio door w'ith a rjser not exceeding 7tr".
?. The grounded three hole receptacles shall be replaced with properly
'instal'led, polorized 2 hole receptacles.
All necessary permits shall be obta'ined before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished accordjng to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
