so brief, it is prudent to confirm our discussion.
The covenants lrhich affect the construction and use of improvements in therrlndustrial ?ark" area, in which your buiLding is Located, provides amongother things, ttNo outside storage to be permitted except motor vehicles.'l
The reorganization of your work has caused you to temporarily store materiaLsoutside your building in violation of these restrictions. However, you willbe able to eliminate all outside storage within 45 days.
I hope in the future you wi1L be abl.e to avoid any further infractions ofthis nature.

Atrached are copies of Ordinances No. 2933 and No. 2935 which amended
ghe Comprehensive Zoning Code of the City of Springfield. Also attach-
ed is a copy of Article 16 which describes the zoning now in effect
aLong ShelleY Street.
The change in zoning may affect some areas of your operations. Special
attention should be directed to the section Pertaining to outdoor storage
and to signs. A11 new signs or the modification of existing signs will
be controled by the new ordinance.
Article L6, Section 16.08 (a) prohibits, with the exception of motor
vehicles, alL outside storage. If you have outside 6torage at the
tlme of receipE of this memorandum, compLiance of this sect'ion shall
be accomplighed within -?q days of the above date of this memorandum.
