(Grantees), a perpetual nonexclusive easement for driveway purposes on the North

The terms of this easement are as follows
1 . Grantees, their agents, independent contractors and invitees shall use
the easement for access to the property described in paragraph 6., and in connection
with such use may construct, reconstruct, maintain and repair a driveway thereon.
The intent of this easement is to allow Grantees the right to use the above described
property in any manner so long as said usage is not inconsistent with the general use
of land within the neighborhood, including but not limited to the right to park and
store recreational vehicles. Grantees may also remove, repair, or reconstruct a fence
that is located on the easterly end of the easement granted herein.
2. Grantees reserve the right to relocate the driveway any time and in
such case shall reconstruct the driveway at such new location in as good or better
condition as existed at the prior location. Any such relocation or reconstruction shall
be within the area granted by this easement.
3. Grantees agree to indemnify and defend Grantor from any loss, claim
or liabiiity to Grantor arising in any mati.er out of G;'antees'use of the easernent.
