The property listeo above is zoned LMI-Light Meoium Inrlustrial. There are three
lots' (r,/t.p. igog) each with a mobi le home. These mobile homes are now a non
conforming use U.iiui. t,he previous zoning was resioential and the present zoning
is inoustrial.
Question: CoulO any of these units be replaced with a newer mobile home?
Response: A newer mobile home of the same size as the existing mobile home coulo

In order to replate iny of tfre three moU'iie homes with a larger mobile home,
oisiretionary irse appr-oval must be obtained from the Planning Commission in
actctition to permits'from the Building Division. A Discretionary use Application
has been enclosed for your review. ine tlling fee is $250. Site Plan Review
approval may also be required.
