A storm drain connection can be made in one of the followjng manners: a. Construct a public line along North 31st Street to connect to the existing storm sewer located in Industrial Avenue and connect to this storm sewer line.b. Construct a private line along the North 31st Street property owned by Future Logging Company and tie into the storm sewer line in Industrial Avenue.c.
