A. On October 14, 1986, Willamette Graystone, Inc., an Oregon corporation (Willamette
Graystone/Declarant) executed a Declaration of Restriction (Declaration) providing that the real
property described on Schedule A, attached, could not be sold, improved, built upon, nor
tuiiOing permits issued (restrictions) therefore until Centennial Boulevard, adjacent on the south,

DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION
RECITALS:
A. On October 14, 1986, Willamette Graystone, Inc., an Oregon corporation (Willamette
Graystone/Declarant) executed a Declaration of Restriction (Declaration) providing that the real
property described on Schedule A, attached, could not be sold, improved, built upon, nor
building permits issued (restrictions) therefore until the panhandle driveway shall be paved (24
feet minimum width) with the parcel addressed on the street. The Declaration was recorded
November 3, 1986, Reception No. 86-44163, Reel 1428, Lane County Oregon Official Records.
