with the Ordinances of the City of Springfield and the Laws of the State of Oregon pertaining to the work described
herein, and that NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the Community Senices Division,
BuiHing Safety. I further certify that only contractors and emphyees who are in compliance with ORS 701.005 will be
used on this project.

The applicant is hereby notified that any redevelopment of the subject site must comply
with all of the applicable laws, codes, ordinances, policies and plans in effect at the time
the redevelopment proposal is accepted as complete for City review. This would. include
correction of substandard conditions associated with the present developmenl Examples
of such corrections may include modification of inadequate drainage facilities;
compliance with building set-backs from propefly lines; correction of substandard
sidewalks and steet improvements, including driveway width and placement; and other
corections which may be necessary to comply with existing development standards.
Furthermore, if an existing use is demolished or otherwise removed prior to the
development of the proposed use, then the system development charge credit for the
previously existing use shall expire two years a^fter the date of issuance of the demolition
