plan garage has more than house. ls house
two story?
Owner called back. House is a one story
structure. Will need to modify garage plans.
He will call back and let us know change.
lf attached to existing garage the accessory
structure would exceed the square footage of
the primary structure. The building must be
built as a separate building with separate
foundation and no continuous roofline.
