I'm wrjting regarding your carport that is in violation of the front yard
setback requirement for Single Family Residential zones, and js also not
constructed in compfiance with the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the
City of Springfield. A permit was purchased by you on February ?7,1979
in order to bring the carport into compl'iance with appficable codes. To
date, no inspect'ions have been called for and it appears that no work has
begun.
Thjs is your notice that by 30 da.ys from the date of thjs letter (June 4,.l979) the carport must conform to Springfield Zoning and Buildjng Code re-
quirements and all required inspections must be called for. If you do not
comply: w€ shall seek to obtajn your compljance through 1ega1 enforcement
measures. Your antjcipated co-operation is appreciated.

ff you do not comply with the requirements of Ms. Johnsonts letter by
June 4, 1979, we intend to seek your compliance by filing an action inthe Springf ield I"Iunicipal Court.
