Upon completing the construction for which a permit has been issued, the permit holder sha1lnotify the Lane County Department of Planning and Community Development by submitting theinstallation recqrd form. The Department shatl inspect the construction to determine if itcomPlies with-the rules contained in th-is-division. If-the-construction il6es comply with suchrule.s, the Department shalI issue a'certifiaate of satisfactory completion to the p-ermitl holder.If the construction does not comply with such rules, the Department-shal1 notify the permitholder and shall require satisfactory completion before isluing the certificate.
