The follow'ing items shall be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfieid.
i. Install an approved trap on the washer drajn.
2. Install a t hour firewall between the house and the garage.
3. Install a 1 3/8" solid door on the crawl space opening in the
garage
4, Provide steps as wide as the door from the house to the garage,
with all of the risers equa1.
5. Remove the plastic shed at the rear of the garage.
6. Remove alI of the zip cords. (electric).
7. All electrical splices shall be in approved iunction boxes
with covers.
8. The light over the kitchen sink shall be rewired with an approved
size wire, and the fixture shall be mounted on an approved junction
box.
9. The recepticle on the left end of the kitchen counter is not grounded.

10. Replace the wiring from the switch to the fan.
11. The exterior light shall be mounted on an approved junct'ion box.
12. Faulty wiring in the garage shall be repaired.
All applicable perm'its shall be obtained before work starts and all workshall be accompl'ished according to applicable codes and jnspected before
