Dear Mr. Carrol I
At your regue.st, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a
housing inspection on @, at 1058 North 20th Street ,
SpringfieLd, Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or repLaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield;
1. A t hour firewall shall be provided between the house and garage.
2. An approved trap must be installed in the washer drain line.
3. Run number 10 wire protected by flex to the water heater.
4. Protect the wire to the dryer outlet.
5. Replace 25 and 30 amp fuses wt'th 20 amp fuses.
ALl necessary permits shal-L be obtained before work starts and all work
shalL be accomplished according to appLicable codes and inspecEed before
a Certificate of Compliance wilL be issued.
