Dear Mr. Silver,
As a result of complaints, the lot at 326 North l9th Street, Springfield, 0regon,
has been inspected by the City of Springfield Building Department. The site is
covered with debris from a partially demo'lished house.
Existing conditions on the site present health and safety hazards and are'in
violation of Chapter 5, Article l, of the Springfield City Code (see attached).
These conditions must be corrected.
Therefore, notice is hereby given that the debris must be removed by 30 days
from the date of this letter. Failure to do so may result in a complaint being
filed with the Springfield Municipal Court or the City may cause the work to
be accomplished and charge the cost thereof against the property or its owner.
Be advised that a written statement from you, the owner, contending that no
nuisance exists may be filed with the City Recorder within l0 days of the date
of this Ietter.
Please direct all inquiries to the City of Springfield Building Department
at 726-3753.
