I. Foundation Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when all

electrical and plumbi-ng are approved. AIl walI i-nsulation and vapor barrier are in place.

recomended by the manufacturer.
2. Mobile home min.imum finj-sh floor elevation shaIl be certified when required by a flood-
plain management letter.
3. UobiIe home tiedowns, when required, and skirting shalL be installed and ready for inspec-
tion within at least 30 days after occupancy, Tiedowns and skirting sha11 be instal-1ed

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
1. Pernits shal1 be effective for one year from the Cate of issuance.
2. Upon completing Lhe construction for which a permit has been issued, the permit holder shalInotify the Lane County Department of Planning and Comunity Development by submitting theinstallation record form. The Departrent shall inspect the construction to determi.ne if itcomplj.es with the rules contained in this division, If the constructj.on does comply with suchruIes, Lhe Department shall issue a certifj.cate of satisfactory completion to the permiti hoLder.If the construction does not comply with such ru1es, the Department shalI notify the permitholder and shall require satisfactory conpletion before issuing the certificale. Failure tomeet the requirements for satisfactory complet'ion wathin a reasonable time constitutes a vio-lation of ORS 454.605 lo 434-'745 and this rul.e.
