APPEALS
A decision by the Board may be appealed to the Planning Cournission. The appeal
may be filed in writing with the Planning Department within ten days of the
Board's decision. The decision of the Planning Cormnission shall be final.
REVOCATION
Development Coordination approval or approval with conditions sha11 be autb-
matically revoked if any development and/or construction is not commenced
within 2 years from the date of approval.
Conditions of Development Coordination Board Aporoval:
Drainage of the proposed paving is dependent on the grade! outlet size and point of
connection of the existing catch basin which determine its capability of carrying any
additional runoff. Verify these items, and coordinate the final grading and drainage
design with the City Building Safety Division. It may be necessary to utilize either
a bubbler or a strip drain with curb outlets to provide drainage for the northerly
il:-:liytr""r", code requires that all private or public parking areas be paved with
a ninimum of 6n gravel base and 2t' of alphalt/cqncrete paving. Coordinate the parking
area design with the City Building Safety Division.
The proposed curbcut and driveway approach is recommended to be a City standard 24 ft.
wide wiin S ft. flares. Coordinate-the curbcut design with the City Engineering Division.
