I{EEREAS, the Applicant has submitted to the City a conpleted pernit application, 3 (three) sets of construction dravings, specifications, and other data requiredfor the City to complete the necessary plan reviev of the proposed developnent improvenent. VEEREAS, the intended development inprovenent is of a nature that requires no other reviev approval fron other State or 1oca1 agencies and is exempt from thecriteria established by the Building Safety Division, attached as Exhibit A of this Agreernent. YHEREAST the City has not revieved or approved the submitted materials for the development improvement, the City is therefore unable to confirm at this time vhether the permit applicatie:r submitted uilL be approved, and vhether the..equired construction pernits can be issued.
