notify the Lane County Deparhent of PLanning and Comunity Development by submitting the
installatj.on record form. The DeparLment shaIl inspect the construction !o determine if itcomplies with the rul.es contained in this division. If the consLruction does comply with suchruIes, the Department shall.issue a certj.ficate of satisfactory completion to the permitiholder.
