The electrjcal wiring would have to meet the current codes, this would
require'installing a ground wire to all liqhts, receptacles, heaters,
appliances and changing the service to meet present codes.
Separate to'ilet facilities shall be provided for each sex when the number
of employees exceeds fourand both sexes are employed.
The followinq items must be repaired or jnstalled whether there is a changein the use of the building or not.
1. Al I windows must open freely.'
2. A landing and steps must be provided at the rear exit door outof the utility room.
3. A firewall must be prov'ided between the house and garaQe. t
4. The joist in the garage and carport are overspan and must
be braced or larger joist installed.
All necessary permits must be obtained before work starts and all workshall be inspected before a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
