Dear Mr. Bell:
Pursuant to your request to use the building at 1511 N. l8th for temporary offices,
an occuPancy inspection was made by the Springfield Building Division on April 4,
L978 at that location.
Permissi.on to use this building may be granted under the following condi-tions:
1 A building permit sha11 be obt.ained and construction of the new office structure
shall commence within 45 days.
That the use of this structure as an office sha1l Eerminate on September 30, 1978.
The restroom floor shal1 have a smooth, hard, non-absorbent surface.
The upstairs portion shal1 be used for light storage on1y.
The electrical servi.ce shal1 be used for light appliances only, and any change
in the electrical service sha1l be accomplished after obtaining a permit.
It must be noted that the buildi-ng does not meet the applicable codes for an
office building and caution in its use must be exercised.
2-approved fire extinguishers must be installed in the building. One in the hall
and one in the kitchen area.
