Remove existing 300/3 Type UA circuit breaker, rated 30 KAIC, & reinstall in Switchboard 'E4SDA" (see Note 2). Existing Switchboard'E4SDA" in Maintenance Building to remain:277148Q volt,3 phase, 4 wire, 600 amp bus, 500/3 amp main circuit breaker, Square D, l-Line Type HCW. Relocate existing 150/3 circuit breaker from right side of bus to left side. lnstall 300i3 Type UA circuit breaker removed from Switchboard'4SDB" (see Note 1). Reinstallfillers as required. Provide 300/3, 480 volt, 25 KAIC, SUSE, NEMA 1, circuit breaker in Administration Building. Surface wall rnount next to Switchboard '4SDB". Relocate existing lighting contactors to make room for new circuit breaker. Existing 2-112" Schedule 80 spare conduit, from the left hand sedion of existlng Switchboard "MSDA'in tho Maintenance Building to Switchboard "4SDB". Provide 2-112" EMT from the left hand section of Swltchboard 'MSDA" to Switchboard.E4SDA'. Provide (3) 350 Kcmil THWN copper and (1) #4bare copper equipment grounding conductor in 2-112" conduit from the relocated 300/3 Type UA circuit breaker in Switchboard 'E4SDA" to the line side of the new 300/3 Nema 1 circuit breaker. Extend the existing Chiller Feeder, (3) 350 Kcmil THWN copper & (1)W THWN copper equipment grounding conductor, to the load side of the new 300/3 Nema 1 circuit breaker. Provide compression splices inside Switchboard "4SDB'. Existing Panel "4M' in the Administration Building to remain: ZTlt4AO volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 100 amp bus, MLO, Square D Type NEHB. Remove the following circuit breakers and extend the conesponding branch circuit conductors into Panel 'E4F, (see Note 9): 50/3 - AHU_1 30/3 - CWP_1 30/3 - CWP-2 Existing Panel "84F" in the Administration Building to remain: 2T7!4BO volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 100 amp bus, 20 spaces, MLo, square D Type NEHB. Reinstallthe (g) circuit breakers removed from Panel "4M". Provide compression sptices inside panel "E4F" and reconnect the existing branch circuits as follows: 50/3 - AHU-1 30/3 - CWP-1 30/3 - CWP-2 Owner (Siemens) to modify existing Chiller controls so the two 75 HP compressors are non-simultaneous loads.
