Minimum finished floor elevation shall be certified when required by Floodplain Management
Tiedowns, if required, shall be installed and ready for inspection within 30 days after occupmcy. Tiedowns shall be installed per enclosure.

AN ORDINANCE RENAMING THAT PORTION OF NORTH 17TH PLACE NORTH OF YOLANDA
DRIVE IN LANE COUNTY, OREGON, ANDSTREET FROM NORTH 17TH PLACE TO GF'AND VISTA
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Springfleld City Council has declared it intention to rename a
portion of North 17th Place to crand Vieta Drive, in Lane County, Oregoni and
WHEREAS, guch renaming of eaid etreeb ie in the beet Intereet of the City in
carrying out its plans and programs for the general development of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Springfield Planning Commieeion, by a vote of 6 in favor, on6
oppoeed, recommended Council approval of eaid street renaming; and
WHEREAS, Iawful notice of the etreet renaming was publiehed and mailed; and
WHEREAS, the Springfield City Council met in Council Chambers, aX 225 Fifth
Street, on Monday, the 3rd day of April, 1995, at the hour of 7:OO'P.m., to hear
any objections to the proposed street renaming and t pereons appeared to
obj ect;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: The Council finds that the legal notice of the hearing was
IawfulIy publtshed and mailed to aII properties and property owners within 300
feet of the requeat; that I objectiong were made at the street renaming
hearing held; that the publii lntereeL will not be impaired by the Etreet
rnaming, and that the renaming of eald etreet will be in the best interegt of
.re public and Lncrease the benefit of the property involved.
Section 2: The following described gtreet to be renamed: A11 that portion
of North 17th Place beginning at the north right-of-way line of Yolanda Street
and extending north to the termination of North 17th Place in a cul-de-eac as
platted and recorded in Lane County Partition PIat Number 93-PO442 ahd as platted
in the Third Addition to Yolanda Park, Lane County PIat Records.
Section 3: The City CouncLl authority to rename this etreet l-o pursuant to
the provlgiona granted by oRS 227.12O et seq.
