Dear Mr. Lodle, The Citl's. procedure for lot lilg adjustments involves the review of theproposed adiustment to ensure the followini-iiinaurds are noi iorp"crnised: 1. The proposed lot'line adjustment will not create a new parcel. 2' The proposed lot .line adiustment will not create a land-locked parcel (nodirect frontage on dedicated pubric right oi -.ii.- 3' The proposed lot tine adiustment wil'l not effect the future best developmentof the property. 4. The proposed lot I i ne size or dimension. 5 6. 7 adjustment will not create a parce'l of substandard The-proposed lot.line adiustment will not cause existing structures to be inviolation of setback standards for the district in whi;6 ih.t-;ie found. The..proposed 'lot line adiustment wilt not compromise existfng standards orconditions imposed at an earlier date by the Spi.ingffeld pIanning Conmissionor City Council. The proposed lot line adiustment does not confer deve'lopment rights or landuse pennission for the newly acquired property without proper City review. Using the information provided on your app'lication and the accompanying survey,it does not appear that any of the above standards wou1d be vio'latad by the proposed lot line adiustment.
